the opportunity

identified an opportunity to combine amazon's print-on-demand business and existing licensing relationships with the subscription model. recurring purchase behavior and strong interest in branded themes suggested a large opportunity.

what i built

  • defined the business from scratch: business proposal, product requirements, customer experience, and financial model
  • led product, engineering, operations, marketing, and finance to launch end-to-end
  • team leveraged existing print-on-demand relationships to create branded and themed subscription clubs

the outcome

built a multi-million dollar business with strong profitability and ability to scale across different brands and themes.
